About Us

We are high school sweethearts with four, active, energetic children, ranging in age from 10-4 years old. We are originally from Kingston, Ontario, however, came to Alberta in 2012 to pursue employment. We have lived in various locations around Alberta, ranging from Peace River to Beaumont to Lac La Biche. We currently reside in Fort Saskatchewan. Jordan is a flight paramedic and Beth works as a private tutor and substitute teacher. Beth also maintains our books and keeps the day-to-day business operations organized. Our kids' activities and business keep us very busy; however, when we get the chance to do a family activity, we love to enjoy the outdoors and camp.

More on the business side of things - We have been actively growing our real estate investment business since 2015. We have considerable experience in project management, organizing, maintaining, and managing our rental units!
Our primary focus is on the Buy, Renovate, Re-appraise, Rent, Repeat strategy and how it pertains to Secondary suite development. Our Niche is spearheading these projects, in which, we are looking to expand by developing long lasting, fruitful relationships and partnerships.
